I bought this product for my daughter's birthday and it worked well for the first 5 minutes, we were very impressed with the quality of the photos that it created. Unfortunately, after the first 5 minutes the camera stopped working all together. The returns time had lapsed on this item because I had ordered it in preparation for my daughter's birthday. After leaving a review, the seller contacted me directly and offered me advice on how to try and get the camera working. They also explained that they would more than happily refund me for the item if it wasn't working. The solution to the problem that they offered was unsuccessful and when I informed them that I would like a refund, they action this without any issues. They didn't have to do this as the time in which to request a refund had relapsed. I was disappointed that the item broke but the seller more than made up for the issues and I would therefore by a product from them again. I think we were unlucky with our camera as the reviews for the product are very positive and when it was working, the item was great.

Picture quality on print was great to start with and now is only printing very lightly barely seeable prints? Is it possible to fix?Daughter loves her birthday camera but has stopped using it as she can’t see anything on the paper.Thankyou

Excellent quality product lots of added features , handy size and easy to use.

Camera looked great at first and we were really pleased with it. Photos were fairly clear and in colour on screen. The printed black and white print outs weren't the best quality but fine for quick snaps our 9 year old wanted to take on holiday. However after only a few uses the camera suddenly stopped print any images - they now just come out as blank paper. Very disappointed.After my initial review - seller messaged me straight away to apologise and offered some suggestions to fix the print issue. After following the instructions the camera works fine again! Great quick response and help from seller.Would recommend. Thank you

I was sceptical, but bought it for our lads 5th birthday. I am completely obsessed with it! What a great way to capture special days with your family and friends from a child's point of view! Really impressed, I do recommend. The games on it too keep them entertained!

Die Kamera ist einfach zu bedienen. Druckt sofort das Bild aus und hat zusätzlich noch andere Funktionen wie Videos machen, Spiele und zu dem werden alle Bilder gespeichert. Die Rollen kann man immer wieder dazu kaufen. Unseren Kindern ist die Kamera schon sehr oft runtergefallen und trotzdem ist nichts kaputt gegangen. Sie ist auch jeden Tag in gebrauch und begleitet uns auch zu verschiedenen Festen.

Très bien pour le moment ma fille adorent.
