I have used these for years with flawless results. People claim that there are all sorts of reasons that these can fail, except they never do. Just be sure that you measure and confirm full-seating insertion, and you're golden.

Would recommend for pex installs.
Really great product. Pex install went super fast with no leaks. They are sturdy. The material is brass and they have been installed 2 months now with no leaks. Cheaper buying here than at the local hardware store. Recommend to get deburring tool and the sharkbite pex cutters.

Great for diy
Easy to install; read the instructions, though. Otherwise, you could cut it the wrong way. Works best with the deburring tool.
