If you know how to use it!!
Instructions! What instructions? I didn't get any with my order, good thing I know how to use it for this is a replacement. It's very good quality very durable and does the job quickly. It's best if you purchase the capsules split up, tops and bottoms separate that makes it so much faster to use. If you make your own supplements as I do this is the tool you must have.

The instructions need to be rewritten.
The instructions were poorly written with some of the parts improperly named. It was difficult to attempt to use the pieces without adequate identification.Once we determined the correct order of assembly, it was a fairly simple operation.

This company could do better
The instructions were backwards with several mis spelled words. The parts were mis labeled or not labeled. It took me a couple tries and a couple hours but once i figured it all out it did accomplish the task.

what a good set of instructions
Started to look at directions and at first thought, what a good set of instructions. Pictures and written directions. Boy, what a disappointment! First you will notice that what they call each piece, is NOT what is stamped on each piece. That's not so bad, right? You can certainly figure out which is which. But where I'm stumped is where they omit the most important part of how you get the capsules separated into two pieces. Maybe this doesn't do this???

Good product, easy to use once you learn how to use it, instructions are not very clear, people have posted videos on YouTube, you will need to search since Amazon does not allow url's.

takes a bit to learn how to use but - great product
this thing is hilarious - you have fiddle around with the capsules in order to get them in correctly but once you do it is well worth the time invested. I fill 100 capsules in about 2 minutes - including clean up. Well constructed and easy to clean. once you get the hang of using it you will be glad you got one.
