I received the phone quickly, although the packaging was slightly damaged, it did not affect the quality of the phone, it had no damage, and it works without a problem. This phone has incredible potential and is easy to use, the operation is intuitive. It is worth recommending. Personally, I am very satisfied.

Great service nice phone

With reading their are some fake S24 ultras about online, I was hesitant to buy at first as the deal seemed too good to be true, but upon receipt I can say it is the genuine article and I love it, everything works, and there is a test mode to check it all through, with the S25 release this was a no-brainer purchase, set up is simple, cannot fault a 5000mah battery though you need to make adjustments to improve battery life, very sturdy phone

The phone arrived on time, it looks great, it feels great but it is not UK version and the IMIE number does not exist when you run it through IMIE authenticator.I had it on charge for over two hours and it only charged like 4%.It was also getting hot whilst holding it during data transfere.I am extremely disappointed as I bought it as a gift for my Mrs.I have requested a return and had it approved.Awaiting for my money back.Update, Amazon gave me full refund after I returned the phone.Amazon always has your back.Thank you Amazon for helping me get my money back🤗

If you're sceptical of this being a genuine product like I was... this is 100% legit! It's a fantastic premium phone, the best device on the market in my opinion. Super responsive, amazing AI features, cutting edge display, I could go on. And at such a fantastic price this is an incredible deal, a must buy for anyone wanting to get their hands on an extremely impressive phone.

The phone itself is fine, not much has changed since the S22 but I knew that was likely to be the case but I needed a new phone and it was cheap (too cheap as I have now come to learn)Firstly this product doesn't list the country (simply that it's unlocked). In my case the phone arrived on time, was sealed, appears to be new, and is a International Dual Sim Variant so on paper exactly as advertised. It's not however a UK Variant which you would expect buying from a UK Seller in the UK.Upon firing up the device the default language is/was American Spanish ( First 🚩 ) and upon checking the Serial Number is seems to be from Panama.This will of course vary depending on your seller however It's highly likely that if the seller is a Marketplace / 3rd Party Seller (as in my case) and not sold direct from Amazon that it's at best case a Grey Import and worse case fell off the back of a lorry (so to speak) or was brought from Samsung for cheap on a Trade In Deal and when they don't hand in a handset could be locked out in weeks or months and you're left with a paperweight.Technically it doesn't stop it from working and after a change to English it's for all intents and purposes a working phone (as advertised) however if the phone develops a fault Samsung will only usually honour the warranty in the country of Origin so if it develops a fault you may have some fun and games.Buyer Beware.

A new S24 Ultra for almost half of the price is just normal to have second thoughts.I did the same ,looked other places for about 3 days and even consider to buy it renewed.Don't stress it anymore just do it .The only desavantage is that you will not have quaranty from Samsung ,but you can buy from Amazon before checkout and even if you don't ,you just saved 600 GBP .And got a new phone that works perfectly.
