I buy them here because of the price. I can get them locally, but they are so much more inexpensive here. I’ve been using these for years. I drink one or two a day for hydration purposes. I have an auto immune disorder and I’m constantly thirsty. This product is really great and I love that it has some extra vitamins and includes, a serving of veggies and fruits.

Amazing Grass products are just that - AMAZING! I use the Original Greens powder and the Green Superfood Effervescent (Berry) tablets. I use one scoop of the greens powder a day dissolved in a full glass of water, and each afternoon I dissolve one of the effervescent tablets in a water bottle. These make me feel great - healthy, alert, and keep my skin healthy looking and glowing (in fact, any time I get compliments on my skin I ALWAYS refer back to the Amazing Grass products!). I feel great about the ingredients (high quality, all natural - NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS OR FLAVORS - THIS IS AWESOME!!!).Now, about the taste. Maybe I'm weird - seeing as though there are lots of reviews saying the taste is adverse - but I enjoy the taste of the Original Greens powder. The taste is hard to describe, but I do NOT find it grass-like, or dirt-like at all. So far I've only stuck to the berry flavored effervescent tablets (I've been dying to try some others, but haven't had luck with them being in stock on Amazon yet), and it is pretty good - it reminds me of raisins for some reason and is lightly sweet - again, no grass-like or dirt-like flavors.If you are looking for greens products to boost general wellness or supplement your diet I cannot recommend these enough!

I've tried almost every plop plop fizz fizz brand out there and in my mind the Amazing Grass are the best. I mix them with unsweet iced tea mostly, but they mix well with juices and plain water. Wish they mixed well with coffee! Joking of course.They give you a nice clean blast of energy, and hey, supposedly they have a full serving of vegetables, so that'll keep your mom off your back.

I really like some of the Amazing Grass products, but some are not to my taste or needs. This one is one of the "really like" ones. These tablets are only mildly effervescent, not overpoweringly so. The berry taste is very pleasant in my opinion. You put one tablet into a glass of water and let it dissolve.The table does take quite a long time to completely dissolve, so if you drink before it is completely dissolved, you first sips will be weaker than the last ones. It is not an especially pretty drink unless you like that sludge pond/science experiment look. After it starts dissolving, you have a pretty berry-colored liquid with a foamy green sludge on the top. Some people might find this a bit off-putting. I think it is just a bit entertaining.A tablet contains only 15 calories and 1 gram of sugar. It also contains 100% of 4 different vitamins. For those on a reduced sodium diet, be aware that one table also contains 260 mg of sodium, 11% of daily value.Do these really help my body, my health? That is hard to prove or disprove, but I'm going to keep using these because I like the taste and I think they are probably good for my body.

I've started the beginning of the day off with these for over a year. The taste by itself is not the best.. BUT The health benefits is wonderful

Good value for money, and great and tasty way to hydrate. I was pleasantly surprised. Didn’t expect it to taste so good.

Buying a 6-pack of these is a good value and an easy way to get greens, rather than a can of greens powder. Just drop in a glass of water in the morning and wait a few minutes. The berry flavor is better, but this isn't terrible.

Amazing Grass Green Superfood Effervescent Tablets are convenient and make a fizzy "superfood" drink when added to water. The dominant taste is berry that's lightly sweetened with stevia, sorbitol and dextrose. This drink tastes okay, but I think it tastes a little metallic and leaves a salty aftertaste. The drink is a reddish color with green foam that looks healthy, but I can't tell if it seems nutrient rich by its color as fruit and vegetable juices are added for color. I want to like this drink and have tried it ten times, but it just doesn't settle quite right and makes me burp for hours. I assume added sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is what makes this drink fizzy and may also be the reason this makes me burp, but I can't really say for sure.One tablet equals one serving of greens and veggies and contains a blend of "alkalizing" organic greens (wheat grass, barley, alfalfa, spirulina and chlorella) and a non organic antioxidant blend that contains almost 30 extracts and concentrates derived from green coffee and green tea, broccoli and brussel sprouts, turmeric, elderberry, raspberry, basil, garlic and much more.* The ingredients in the blends look impressive, and I believe greens and other "superfoods" (even in tablet or powdered form) may have anti cancer, anti inflammatory, immune boosting and other beneficial properties. But like most supplements, I can't really judge the health benefits here.I do question to what extent the actual greens and other ingredients in the blends provide significant nutritional benefits. I can't help but notice that none of the listed vitamins are naturally occurring from the greens and instead the vitamins (C, E, B1 and B12) are added by way of supplementation. Also, the amount of the green blend seems low at 350 mg as compared to powdered grass supplements that are dosed much higher at 3 to 8 grams a serving (depending on the product). I also don't know if the amount of greens in this tablet is enough to actually have an alkalizing effect, or whether the added 260 mg of sodium bicarbonate is the primary alkalizing property.I do know the sodium bicarbonate adds 260 mg of sodium, which I think is high for a drink of this type. Aside from the sodium, I don't know that I want to drink sodium bicarbonate regularly because, while it can be beneficial, it can also pose issues (such as slowing the absorption of medicine). I also don't like that these tablets have the artificial sweetener sorbitol- which can cause digestive issues. I don't think this Amazing Grass berry effervescent tablet is a bad product and it may provide some health benefits, but especially since I take a multivitamin I don't know if these fortified tablets provide enough benefits from the superfoods for me to want to add sodium bicarbonate and sorbitol to my diet on a regular basis. Plus, this drink just doesn't settle well in my system. 3 stars.*One tablet has 5 mg or less of caffeine according to a customer service rep for Amazing Grass.
