I love this B12 lozenge for quick absorption. I’ve tried several and this by far is the best tasting and provides you all the B12 you’ll need to get through your day. It’s getting harder to find unfortunately. I’ve noticed they’ve recently put it in pill form. I did not like the absorption I got from the pill.
