Fun fun fun
I originally bought a less expensive Scooter as it was my 1st one. It was fun and then I researched and decided to upgrade. I bought this one. My husband rode it and said, "buy another one". We charge them in the garage. It takes no time to get on them and go. So fun! We ride them all the time. I got my 1st one set up with the app but I haven't figured out how to add the second one and we've had some issues with that. Otherwise, set up was easy. They go a good distance on a charge. I wouldn't have smaller than 10" wheels if you're looking for one. You want one powerful enough to pull you up hills etc.

Excellent
Great little scooter easy to assemble fun to ride good speed and great battery life. Easy to fold and store not too heavy. Definitely is taller than I was expecting but not a bad thing. I’m 6 foot 210 lbs and it holds 16mph perfectly. The cruise control is a great touch. Definitely will handle more than 15 degrees incline. It holds between 13 and 14 mph on a 40 degree slope with me on it. Only complain my is I wish it would charge faster than 6 hours from dead but it can go a great distance on a single charge. Excellent for small store runs or just around town. The run flat tires are excellent the suspension makes for a smooth ride

Quick and decent battery life
Would give a 4.5 if I could. The scooter feels solid and easy to turn compact. Batter size is not terrible. The performance is good but I was not able to keep a steady 16mph. According to a speedometer app I was averaging 14.5 -15 mph. I myself weigh around 230lbs but maybe someone lighter could go the full 16mph. Have lots of fun cruising around my town and a great value when on sale. Would recommend!

Powerful Performance
One of the standout features of the scooter is its 10” self-sealing tubeless tires. These tires provide excellent shock absorption and stability, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride even on rougher terrains. The self-sealing feature adds an extra layer of convenience, significantly reducing the risk of flats and maintenance hassles. ideal for both leisurely rides and more urgent commutes. Riding the scooter was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The powerful motor offers quick acceleration and maintains a consistent speed, while the sturdy frame provides excellent balance and control

I love it!!
I will preface this by saying that I am no scooter aficionado or anything. This is the first electric scooter that I've owned but this scooter is the best!. It does everything that I want it to. It is very easy and intuitive to use. It only has the one button on the front under the display. Short press to go through the speed modes and long press to turn on/off. Double press to operate the headlight. I also like the cruise control. When you hold down the throttle for a minute or so, it will beep and let you know that it is set and then you just hang on and enjoy the ride. It comes in really handy for any longer rides you may take. The battery seems to last quite a while too. You can get some good rides in with an 18 mile range. I think that I got around 15 miles out of my first charge but that also included me testing it and figuring out how everything worked so I'll see how it does with just riding around as I continue to use it. The ride itself is very comfortable. The suspension on there is pretty good. It didn't feel super rough or anything. I have a steep driveway and it had no problem going up at all. The lights are pretty bright and the tail light blinks brightly when you squeeze the brake which I think is a very nice touch.Overall, the whole thing feels very sturdy and appears to be well built. When you take it out of the box, you have to attach the handlebars and that was very easy to do. Then just charge it up and you are ready to go. I did download the app. It is a nice touch but I haven't really used it much. I keep it in my garage so I haven't needed to lock it or anything.I might have to get a second one so my wife can cruise around with me. I would definitely recommend this scooter.

Overfill tires
I had been riding home and noticed my rear tire, the one with the tire goop, was making a strange noise. I look back there and see that it's covered in this weird rubbery stuff. Not being a mechanic, I thought my tire had melted. I then noticed a major dip in Performance and took it to the only scooter repairsman in Denver. He sent me these images, and told me the sealant had gotten everywhere and that this was unusual. His guess is that the manufacturer had overfill the tire. If you get this, do yourself a favor and get the solid rubber tire instead. And if you get this version, swap it to the rubber tire at your earliest convenience.Other than that, the scooter itself isn't perfect either. Don't get me wrong it's perfectly suitable for urban transportation. Until it's not. Yeah if you're at three bars of battery charge or lower you can kiss going up even slight inclines goodbye.I'm glad that this thing can carry my fat ass around, but holy crap does it whine something fierce when there's even a hint of an incline. Doesnt even go past 10mph if it's at 2 battery.
