It's amazing!!
Update: I received the replacement order quickly. Customer service was extremely helpful and nice!!!! The new one works great! I charged it and within a few hours I was drinking the best water.I do have Gastroparesis and most of the time can not drink water, however the ph allows the water to stay down.My 22 year old daughter hates the taste of water! Yet she drank 3 full cups before she realized it.It is my most used for the past few days. I am completely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this to any other! The taste is awesome. To me, it's better than core, smart water, etc.I purchased a Hydrogen Alkaline Water Maker several days ago and was initially very excited about it. The concept of being able to produce my own alkaline water at home was appealing to me and I was looking forward to the potential health benefits.Unfortunately, the water maker broke before I ever got it to work. It never produced that hydrogen-rich water and the LED display had water come out from it. It refused to turn on after charging it and filling it with water. I reached out to the manufacturer for support and was quickly given an apology and replacement sent out.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the Hydrogen Alkaline Water Maker, but customer service has been amazing to work with. The replacement has arrived, and I will be doing a review the hopefully much better one!

Leaks around the handle, defective,Water ionozer
The media could not be loaded.  I only had this for a couple months and it started leaking around the handle…..the water leaked into the usb port and now does not work at all. USB port is directly under the handle. Not good

Pretty good product
Very pleased with the water purification. Haven’t used it as much as I should.

Does what it should
This device is very handy and portable. The actual fill spot is oddly shaped and I usually spill when filling. I don’t understand the top area with the small circular hole. When I pour water in to a glass, water spills from the outer edges of the spout from the top area. It only pours well when it’s really full. Otherwise the stream broadens suddenly mid pour. I love the ease and taste of the water. Before my water was chalky to the taste which is filtered as well. After using this the water is smooth and I feel like I can actually drink more. I haven’t tested for any ph increase but your body should be neutral ph 7 and your body naturally regulates ph very well hence your healthy existence;)

Water tastes better, otherwise not sure how to tell if this is doing anything…
This definitely makes even filtered water taste better. I don’t think it’s changing the PH of the water though as listed description states. Nowhere else in the listing or the limited directions does it refer to alkaline water, and a water testing device confirms there is no change in the PH. I haven’t tried the fruit test they show in the item details though so I think I might at some point just out of curiosity. As I said previously, there is a significant change in the taste of water after running it through a cycle. I’ve had to reinitialize it a couple times after going a week or two without use - I noticed it wasn’t emitting the constant streams of small bubbles as it did after it was first initialized. Running the initialization cycle again corrected that issue. It’s very easy to use and I’ll typically run 4 or 5 batches in a row to fill a 2 gallon container once or twice a week. So I think I’m happy with this; I just wish there was an easy way to tell if it’s doing anything or not.As far as the hardware goes - the power button is touch sensitive instead of a mechanical button. One tap for normal cycles and two for initialization cycles. It uses a standard micro USB plug to charge and seems to be good for 7 or 8 cycles on a single charge. It’s all plastic. The lid’s a little funky and it’s difficult to fill without accidentally getting water in the top section above the actual reservoir; anything in the lid area will end up not being hydrogenated and will ultimately pour down the sides when you empty the container. I’ve taken to using a separate pitcher to fill from to minimize what ends up in the top chamber. The whole top needs to removed if you want to be able to clean the inside of the main vessel. Overall I think the design could be improved some.Even though I’m not fully convinced this does anything major yet, the concept is interesting enough that I’m still intrigued. If you’re curious, get it. You’ll at least have better tasting water.
