Inexpensively, not poorly, made Used for a backyard party as accent lighting. Looked good, everybody noticed them.

I'll be honest. I was a bit disappointed by these. They do not give off as much light as 3 tea lights, and I don't like the orangeness of the light. They are not the same as candlelight. But...I guess that's to be expected with fake candles. The product is as described, so can't really fault it.

The lighting effect of these is actually quite nice and we were able to use them during the holidays to fit right in and add some nice additional ambiance and effect to the events we held at our house over the holiday season.They are metal framed but the base is plastic which doesn't make them feel like a premium item. In fact I had thought that they were completed plastic at first due to this. From afar though this is not evident so your guests would never know.I would not plan to use these as something you would keep out all year round, I do not think they would withstand the elements well, attract spiders to build webs, would likely not last after a significant rain and would likely blow around easily in the wind.If you plan to use these indoors, or in a covered area that is protected from the elements, or to put out for a specific event then put away again these would be very convenient to use to add some nice ambiance with minimal effort.The take 3 AAA batteries each, so night total for the 3 lights will be needed. You can set them to on and they are supposed to last up to 5 days (likely depends on your batteries). I kept them on for 2 straight and they are still going strong at the moment. I cannot confirm they will last for a full 5 days on one set of batteries.There is also a timer setting that you can flip the switch to and it will stay on for 6 hours then turn off to allow the batteries to last longer.My only real issues with this so far is the plastic base makes these feel a bit cheap in hand and the bulb is not replaceable. They say it lasts long and only time will tell, but that is the biggest problem today that most items like this are often throw away and not built to last and reuse so once the bulb goes you have to buy a new set.Overall, if you like the look of these I and plan to use them in an area protected from the elements then these would be a decent addition for the $36 and you will likely get your moneys worth out of them. Just keep in mind there are 5 days approximately of run time on a set of batteries, so if you plan to use them daily you will be burning through batteries. I feel these are nice for a special occasion and myself will be removing the batteries and packing up with our Xmas/New Year decor to use each year.

The light inside is a plastic tube that looks like it contains an orange flame. The description says 'breathing', but it's a flickering light. Looks cool. My wife put one on her desk for when she's meditating. She says it's calming. We've had a couple on our dining table and will hang outside once it gets warmer.-The timer is a nice touch for when we have them lit as ambient light and forget to turn them off.They are nicely cut metal, not plastic as some are.Negative:One of the lights has an odd, bubbled look on top, a slight defect in the metal, almost like melted plastic.

These lanterns are adorable and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to set up with batteries, they emit a really cute glow when lit. I'm delighted with their look. We've been using them on the coffee table in the living room. They've added a lovely ambiance to our evenings. Keep them in a sheltered area, as the plastic base feels less premium. They're perfect for occasional use, and the timer setting helps conserve battery life. Overall, a charming addition for special occasions.

These are really cute little lanterns. They arrived in perfect condition, they were individually wrapped, no dented metal. It was easy to put the batteries in and when lit up, they are really cute. They’re so cute I’m going to put them on my coffee table. They might be just a little over priced. Very pleased though.

These are gorgeous lanterns. The light is an electric soft flame effect. The cut out design is very detailed and well cut. They are a nice mood lighting that gives you a gentle light. The black finish is neutral and they are gorgeous even in the day when unlit.

The media could not be loaded. It gives the house a nice authentic and warm atmosphere. It works with batteries. You need 3 batteries for each of them. I like the floral design and the material. I think it can also be nice for garden decorations.
