I have had thes connected to my phone, tabet and eReader for aboit a week now and they are stable and reliable. I now can easily detach my tablet from its charger and connect effortlessy to my PC. Great product.

Works great. Strong magnet. I've purchased several different types. This magnet is the strongest yet. Also, the connector does not diminish the speed of charging or transfer.

I really liked these, especially b/c of the higher 240W USB C and the 40Gbps 8K 60Hz speeds. Only wish that the magnet was stronger, like the Apple Magsafe so it stays on better.

This works perfectly on multiple brands of laptops and docking stations. The same mac or Windows laptops will hook up to single or triple monitor setups via USB-C dock with no trouble at all. Mouse, keyboard, and other peripherals also connect reliably, and it's so fast and fun to hook up, just like Anakin's pod racer power coupling! Update: One of these I use on my work laptop, and for almost a year I've connected and disconnected to the dock probably five times a day, five days a week. Well it finally started getting a little glitchy, losing part of the dock connection if I bumped into the wire. Contact cleaner helped for a week, but it was getting worse, so I ordered more. One year of daily, reliable convenience was totally worth ten bucks, and that doesn't count the fact that my two other laptops can instantly connect to three other work areas.

Would recommend. Works perfectly. Saves cords from needing to be replaced. Easy to connect. This is the 2nd set - bought again, for additional devices because they make things so much easier.

I actually really like these connectors, but I had to stop using it. I found the magnet to be acceptable as well as the charging and data capabilities. My only issue which I didn't think about was what happens when it goes to work with me. If you work with, in, or around metal, BE AWARE. The phone port is somewhat magnetic too. I first noticed that the connection was less solid than before and then tonight my phone fired off the alarm that it detected water or debris in my charging port. Under magnification I can definitely see tiny, shiny objects down inside. No doubt picked up at my workplace and from my pocket. Nice product though. Just not compatible with certain environments.

They work great, until they don’t. I’ll connect them to my iPad Pro. Charging starts, then after a few minutes it stops. Disconnect then reconnect and same thing happens after a few minutes. When fully charged, it will then stay in charge status. I fail to understand this. Changed out the two components several times. Same thing. A direct usb c connection works fine.

Not only allows the cord to be held out of the way and safely detach if required, but also saves wear and tear on the phone's USB port. Worn out USB connector was what killed my last two smartphones.

Works well. The plug part sits slightly above the surface of the socket it's plugged into which means that for (e.g.) a mobile phone there's room for a case but there's no so much of a gap that it looks odd without a case. I'm impressed. It doesn't engage quite so securely as the magnetic power lead I remember from my old MacBook. It will disengage if the phone is turned at an angle, especially with thicker cables, but otherwise it works well. It should protect the socket against such things as tripping over the cable and yanking the plug out with force. It's also easier to attach the power lead. I liked the first so much, I bought a second pair. Thoroughly recommended!
