This tea will absolutely work as intended if you follow the steeping instructions. It has a pleasant citrus taste. Sometimes a second cup is required but not usually. Relieves symptoms without gas or discomfort.

I get 2-3 servings from this combination, keep refrigerated until ready to heat/sip with the last meal of day. It works well first thing next day without OVERstimulating my system.
