I gave this to my niece for her 9th birthday. She loved it! (So now her little sister wants one-)I have used this company's Guest Books for years and really like them. For the kid's journal I do wish they changed up some of the (daily) questions that prompt the child to write. A great feature is that with each entry there is one open page for the child to doodle and draw; something that was important to my niece. Looking forward to seeing how much she uses it.

Perfect first journal for a younger child. I got this for my 8 year old granddaughter. She loved it!!

Lots of fun to keep track of memories for your kids. I write little letters to them in the "art" pages.

My daughter is going to be a 4th grader and it has been helpful on our trip.It is a great start for journaling for young kids.

This is something I purchased on a whim for my 1st grader to support her in writing more elaborately in her class prompts. The pages are all the same and begin the sentences for the child and the child completes each thought. Great idea and great quality.

The spiral binding allows for easy writing and drawing on each page. Great for children just learning about writing and keeping journals in their own schools. Perfect for boys or girls.

Not sure grandson ever used it.
