Really is hurt-free but also is quite soothing. Generics cannot compare.
I love this stuff. When you have a cut or a minor burn, etc, this is great for antiseptic cleaning, with the bonus that it is incredibly soothing, too. Paper cuts can really hurt, this takes care of that. In winter, my cracked hands LOVE this stuff on all the micro-cuts and micro-tears. Kitchen knife cut or a small, minor burn? This is the stuff you want. Hangnail? YUP. I tried my pharmacy's own version and it not only wasn't as good -- it STUNG! And it had a weird smell. So, I won't be trying any more cheap versions. This is what I want on hand in my 1st aid kit and my kitchen! It's just a must for me.

I had two serious cuts -ulcers on my legs and foot. It helped keep it clean before putting bandages on
