Golf ball of filler to 1 pea of hardener. Careful with your ratio's, too much hardener it will go off too quick, too little and it will take ages to set and may not be hard enough.

No, it won't dissolve polystyrene, perfectly safe.

Q: Can it be on a metal surface

Yes, obviously the surface will need to be properly prepared but like all two part fillers it will adhere to most surfaces, plastic, fibre glass and metal.

Q: I have a leaky rusty radiator in my bathroom. Will this repair the leak? Thank you!

I very much doubt it. Not designed for this purpose.
