Underwhelming art project
This was a fun art project (for an adult). I don't think an 8-year-old would enjoy this project. I think it would be too advanced for an 8-year-old. I think an older middle school or high school kid would enjoy. The actual mosaic tiles in this project were miniature and you need tweezers to complete the project. The tiles are plastic and not glass. This is a good kit for a beginner mosaic artist.

Pretty
This is so much prettier than I expected it to be! Seems to be all there and looks to be pretty simple. Can't wait to do this! Will update once completed!

There's only one feather and the tiles are cut into tiny rectangles not angled like in the product page. Don't get this.

Order two, boho chic
This was a lot of fun. It came with all the supplies needed and really is a beautiful design. It came with many small mosaic tiles so it is time consuming work but such a great project. I would suggest buying two if you would like to do them together with another person. They also would look nicer displayed together in a pair if it is an option. They are just a tad longer than a smaller hand. Fun project with a boho chic style.

Nice but too small
Nice set and activity to do but the leaf is shockingly small. Other than that, it's a great set.

Very, very small and could easily break
This kit is so, so! The wood leaf base is very small so your project won’t be much to make. Maybe better for kids 8 to 12 as an art project. Comes with limited stones so don’t drop them. Has a sponge and some inexpensive tools. Ok but not much of a project.
