Very disappointing. The figurine itself is really beautiful, but when I unpacked it you can see what was missing on her back. Hence, the wing kept falling out. I emailed them asking to send me the missing piece of plastic, but they wanted the whole thing returned. I am now without a present for someone. The firm must lack proper quality checks.
