First I want to say, that the most important thing to know is that you must follow the procedure in the description in order to buy the correct size. Do not just but the same size you have for the original Resmed one. Amazon says they have a higher than usual return rate, and my guess is people are not following the sizing directions.Wearing this nasal mask is very comfortable. The original one always hurt the bridge of my nose; so much so that I often removed the thing during the night. This mask has memory foam that conforms to my nose without hurting it.The first time I put it on, it took me 30 seconds or so, to get it to seal 100%, but once sealed I had no issue. Do not be discouraged if you put it on and it leaks a little bit at first. Once you get it sealed, you will be glad you bought this nasal mask.As of this review, I’ve used it at least 30 days and only once did I have to take it off without using it the whole night. I had just got home from open heart surgery and it was painful to sleep in my normal position, so getting comfortable, and getting the mask to seal/fit right took some getting used to.Please do yourself a favor and purchase this nasal mask. You won’t regret it!

Don't be fooled, this isn't the same, the sizing is different, doesn't fit. They're smaller, and have silicone "flaps" inside next to your nose. Also, the website they give for customer support doesn't exist. STAY AWAY.Update;After trying the size I normally wear, I tried their large. It did seem to fit a little better, but the foam isn't the same, and I had leaks around the edges. I tried adjusting the headgear for several nights then put my old nose piece in and threw away the large.SUMMARY; Save your money, stay away. Cheaper usually means ...cheaper. these are junk.

Fits well on my face. Great for my CPAP

This product has an amazing soft feeling on your face and does not leave any marks like the original one did. Dislike the product size if you need a medium it may fit more like a small size, otherwise this is a great product.

What I really liked is that the mask does not cause irritation to my area below my nose. As others mentioned they do run a little bit smaller than Resmed nasal mask. I use a large mask but this mask does work really well. I like the memory foam lining. As others stated that they have had some problems with leakage I have found that if you just tighten your straps this issue is resolved. Oh it is well priced and I will buy again.

These are smaller with less padding. Definitely a cheap imitation of the real Resmed version. I haven't slept with them yet. If they work, they work I guess. Tried it on though and was not as comfortable. Much lower price but at what cost to quality. We'll see. Probably will be fine.

If you wear a size S Resmed N20 and it’s already a cozy fit buy the size M instead as there’s run a little smaller. So I’ll try the two I received but will likely have to toss them and spend another $31 for two additional sized M. So be very careful when picking a size and you should definitely buy their headgear vs trying to fit these to Resmeds headgear.
