I've been popping a pill about 30 minutes-ish before my daily workouts, and then another one midday, and it's not a super jolt per say but an extra ounce of stamina that allows you to turn it up a notch, whether it's a second workout or some regular work, or just making it through the day. I feel its a lot more natural than compared to like an energy drink. So good stuff been at it for a little over a week now, and I'm excited to see how this will make me look/feel after the entire bottle.
