Super fast machine! Very happy so far, no issues at all. The machine did require several updates to Windows 11 which went very smoothly. The extra ram in this machine is well worth it. I do some minor video editing and this has changed the game for me coming from an 8 year old computer running Windows 10. :-)

fast and easy to set up

Nice and snappy PC. My only complaint is that there are only 2 rear USB ports. I would have preferred more in the rear and less in the front.

EXCELLENT!! COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING, NO PROBLEMS. EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. BEAUTIFUL MACHINE. REPLACING A 10 YR OLD, SLOOOOOW BOAT ANCH0R THAT COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH ME AND I'M 90 YEARS OLD.I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

Within about an hour sound stopped. Six hours on line with Windows support restored the sound. The machine is fine, Windows is not. The SSD makes bootstrap super fast. Windows 11 stinks (have I mentioned that?). Lot's of RAM, lots of storage. This is my second HP machine. The machine this one replaced died because of Windows. I was able to repair Windows and, now, that one is running, again, too.

Exactly as described. It is perfect for my needs. It can handle all my needs and some. Extremely easy to set up. With all the usb ports I can leave my external drive that I back up to hooked up.

Please Please review closely the spec's on this computer! I bought it simply because of the name brand. I've had HP products for years ~ This product leaves me disgustingly speechless. Right out of the box I knew this was going to be bad ~ A brand "new" computer with 9pin(serial port) and 15pin(VGA) PORTS! Seriously? When was the time you connected a Serial port or VGA device? Only one HDMI port on the back. I bit the bullet and bought a HDMI/VGA adapter thinking i could salvage this purchase. Nope~ when plugged in ~ the Video Output is lost! Absolutely my worst purchase from Amazon in a DECADE!
