Not quite understanding the brouhaha over dosage. Yes, the packaging is, for lack of a better term, crude, but the product is of highest quality and it the least expensive you'll find. Anyway, here is a photo of 24g of the stuff, you can take up to 50g per day, although I would not recommend it. The 24g was fine for me, under the tongue and within minutes the boys are tingling (just kidding).Now that I know what ~20g looks like, I'll just get a little pile of it on the end of a spoon and be good to go.

I bought Pregnenolone powder from Bulk Supplements, as I have several other of their products, believing it would be as easy as the others have been to measure out the amount stated as one serving. The package that came was smaller than I had expected but since all the others had contained a volume that could easily be measured either with a contained scoop our normal small measuring spoon set, I opened the container the powder was in and found no scoop or other device to measure out the recommended amount of 20 mg. On returning to the label and reading the supplement facts, which the very small – no more than ¼ cup of powder was to be divided into 1250 servings, was when I realized I had no hope of measuring out such very tiny amounts of this substance, nor was it likely anyone else would be able to without highly sophisticated scientific equipment. When a company is going to sell their products direct to the public, they should provide instructions on how to measure out such very small quantities of the materials they are selling, or state on the ad what they are selling is for professional use only.

THE CORRECT DOSE IS PROBABLY 1/1000 OF A TEASPOON ... JUST DIP THE TEASPOON WITHOUT PICKING UP ANYTHING AND THE SLIGHT DUSTING THAT'S ON THE SPOON IS PROBABLY THE CORRECT DOSE ... LICK THE DUSTING OFF THE SPOON ... THEN STOP DOSING AFTER 30 DAYS OR 12 WEEKS ... WHEN TO START DOSING AGAIN ??? WHO KNOWS ??? ...

Works great. Good for use orally or can be mixed with DMSO for dermal application. If you mix with DMSO, I recommend adding some Zinc Oxide - it makes for a much more comfortable application. Zinc Oxide is a common skin cream ingredient, is cheap, and will really help.
