Hard to start bit ...
Take some time and effort to start burning comapring to regular coal, often goes off on it own. When you get a few red ones then it last for good and provides a good heat (150-200 deg C)

Packaging was insufficient.
Bags of charcoal were burst and charcoal was loose inside box.

Disappointed
In the past I’ve used the Webber briquettes although expensive so I gave these a go and they are not in the same league, kit ok in the chimneys but the heat was shocking and ruined my cooking as I ended up taking the food indoors to cook off in the oven , terrible product, you pay for what you get

Hard to light. Poor heat
I can't understand these good reviews, I wonder if they are truly genuine. These briquettes are VERY hard to light, and they don't give out a much heat. When they eventually did light, they lasted no time at all. They are the worst briquettes I've ever used. Completely, totally useless. Half a bag used, the rest going in the bin.

Do not buy
The worst Briquettes. Hard to light. When lit, do not emit much heat. Die very quickly. Probably 20-30mins of heat. Extremely poor.

Good burn time, bit gives off a lot of fine ash.
Burns well, but gives off a lot of ash, very easy to disturb and cover all your hard work with a fine dust. I would stick with Weber briquettes.
