A Great Help
I haven't had the opportunity to use these Rechargeable Hand Warmers out of doors yet but that time is rapidly approaching. I have, however, had the need to use them indoors while waiting for the landlord to turn the heat on. They've been great. I found that they can be a bit too warm for my hands when on the highest level so that's when I've used them to warm up the sheets before getting into bed. Yeah, just by rubbing them around did a good enough job. I then used them to do the same thing to my socks & my slippers & the like - heating up stuff to make them more comfortable. I keep them in my bedside table drawer now, where they can easily be reached. They warm up quickly which is a great asset. Basically, they're great to have on hand (sorry I couldn't resist. Lol!).I do have a concern about using them with gloves. They won't fit inside, the way they would with mittens, so I'd have to hold them on the outside of the gloves. I usually have coats with pockets so I guess that's where they'll be carried where they'll be easily accessible. I'll return to this review once I've had a chance to really put them to good use ... during the upcoming winter. I'm looking forward to not having to deal with freezing fingers. I have Raynauds so the hand warmers will be very helpful with coping with that. As pointed out in the description page, they would make a great & thoughtful gift. I think the price makes this purchase a bit of a no-brainer - for oneself & as a gift, & at this point at least, I give it 5 stars & 2 (warm) thumbs up. Good luck with your decision!

Toasty warm
I ordered the pair of rechargeable hand warmers in gold from AVETANK. The model is OT-101.The product title states the power capacity as 6000 mAh. However, my attached photo shows 2000 mAh printed on the back of one warmer. The instruction pamphlet says the capacity is 3000 mAh x 2. The actual power capacity is apparently lower than documented. Each hand warmer has three tiny LEDs to show the heating level or battery charge. Those LEDs are on one of the smaller faces of each unit, near the sole button for operation. The button can be clicked twice to show the battery level in blue light. The button can be pressed for about 3 seconds to turn the unit on (or off), after which a quick press will cycle through the heat levels, displayed in orange light. Two larger LEDs near the button also light up when a unit is first turned on. They both turn blue when the tiny LEDs show battery level, but have no pattern to indicate the battery level themselves.. The big LEDs are on "top" with the metallic gold panels, rather than on a smaller face like the tiny LEDs. The big LEDs are helpful on a wintry day in the sun when glare may render the tiny LEDs hard to see. Unfortunately, the big LEDs turn off if the button is pressed on the highest heat level. Another press goes back to the lowest heat level. The big LEDs are a good feature, but having them turn off somewhat arbitrarily is odd. These hand warmers start heating up almost immediately when turned on. The maximum heat level is tolerably hot if you place one thumb on one of the metallic panels. However, if you wrap multiple fingers around the warmer, they feels comfortably toasty, exactly what you want for a cold day. I have hand warmers from another company which do not get hot like this. These AVETANK warmers are superior in heat. These hand warmers really work for keeping hands toasty. The power capacity is lower than expected for an unknown reason, and I can overlook the big LEDs turning off as a cosmetic issue since it is not related to the primary heating function. I recommend these hand warmers for heating performance.

Close to what's pictured, only orange section heats up.
TLDR: oooohhh warm fingers. That’s hot!!!Initial thoughts: Nice shape, comfortable in large women’s hands, I think I have reynauds, so cold fingers can be extremely painful.YSK: I’m glad I got the orange and champagne ones, they are so much more visible than black ones, I don’t want to have to hunt for things when my fingers hurt from cold!Field testing: These have a decent power rating at the 6000mah, many are less than that. Design wise, I must admit to being disappointed, the images look like metal, and the small channels are metallic looking, but in reality they are a beige plastic, and there’s no shiny grooves. The orange section is metal, and overall they are slightly thick. The oval corners are easy to hold onto. I appreciate the strong magnets on the back, it makes it easy to keep them together when not in use. They fit well in my large coat pockets, they are a bit large for small sized gloves. If you have large mittens, you can push them to the fingers, but they do add weight. Bonus, they can double as period pain relief, and a number of other uses. They get extremely hot on the hottest setting, too hot to hold for long directly with skin. But they will do a great job of heating up quick and then turning down to a long heat. I’ve used them to warm up my bed and pillow a bit. Sure there’s other things for that, but since I don’t have them these do the trick. One thing I hope to field test is how well they keep their charge over a long period of non use in the car, as I’d like to get spares to keep charged in the car for emergencies, including a really good battery bank.

Too Hot to Handle? Maybe not….for long
My first impression of these was good. They are sleek and feel like good quality.I charged them up - very easy to do - and turned them on. Note that the instructions say to hold the button for four seconds to turn on, but by my count it's about seven seconds. They heated up so fast and were so hot they felt like they were burning my skin - this was just on the first level! I couldn't touch them. My husband confirmed it for me.However, I heated them up again. I'm not sure why, but they don't seem too hot to hold anymore. Perhaps I adapted, or maybe they just heated up more the first time. I've noticed as I've been snuggling them that they do seem to cycle a bit - hotter to cooler and back again. I definitely wouldn't feel comfortable giving them to a child or someone without the ability to truly understand if they were burning. One thing I noticed is that the devices say 2000 mAh battery capacity. The item description says 6000 mAH. This is unfortunate and false, and I'm dropping stars because of it and because of the extreme heat at times. All that being said, I think I'll enjoy them in the winter. It gets quite cold in my office, and I can snuggle them.

They get pretty hot
These warmers came charged and ready to use right out of the box.The box includes a USB-A charging cable that splits to 2 USB-C connections.I was impressed how quickly these heat up.The lowest heat setting is already very warm. I am writing this on a day on which the temp outside is 22 degrees Celcius, so it's hard for me imagine needing to use the highest setting (there are 3 settings), which is really hot. I guess when you're outside and it's minus 20, the heat would dissipate quickly.Only the bronze central area gets hot. The sides and back stay cool.A feature that I like is that the two handwarmers will click on to each other magnetically, so it's hard to lose one.3 complaints I have:1. The instructions say to keep the batteries charged between 25 and 50%, but there is no battery level indicator.2. The warmers come with two wrist loops, but they're difficult to thread through the holes in the rigid plastic. I ended up using tweezers to fish out the thread loop.3. The bronze area is curved to fit into the palm of your hand, but that leaves your fingers out in the cold. A better design would have been to make the plastic backing be curved, so that your fingertips could rest on the heated surface. I tried holding them "backwards" so that my fingertips were on the heated surface, but it didn't feel comfortable due to the flat back of the device against the curve of my palm.Overall, a 4 star rating. They do get very hot, but due to shape of the form, they heat the palm of the hand, not the fingertips.
