The robotic vacuum and mop combination performed faultlessly on both carpets and hardwood floors thanks to its ability to simply adjust to various types of flooring. My expectations were surpassed by the strong suction, which did an excellent job of removing pet hair and left my floors looking sparkling clean. Through the use of my smartphone or by giving voice instructions to Alexa, I am able to manage the robot vacuum, which is a futuristic touch that has made my life much simpler. Through the use of the intuitive application, I am able to establish cleaning schedules, which guarantees that my floors will remain clean on a constant basis without requiring any work on my side. In the event that the battery is running low, it will automatically return to its charging station, removing the fear of discovering the vacuum stuck in the middle of cleaning. I have found that this has been a game-changer for me, particularly on days when I forget to physically charge it. There are very few instances in which it becomes stuck, and when it does, the alarm system is able to effectively inform me and avoid any significant downtime from occurring. When I use this sophisticated navigation, I can be certain that every nook and cranny of my house will be thoroughly cleaned.

I’ve never used one of these vacuums/mop before and I wasn’t sure how it was gonna work out and giving the fact that it wasn’t as expensive as others I was considering but it turned out to be one of the best cleaning solutions I could have made. I told my friend about and he bought one too and he ended buying another one for the kitchen and living room and the other one for the room alone. I’m very happy for my purchase

Works well. Does get stuck occasionally, but mostly great product for the price. Easy to clean, ect.

I was excited and hopeful, seeing that this particular vacuum had dropped from $699 to the amazingly discounted price of $159! As they say, if it sounds to good to be true....I have attempted to add the vacuum to the app via bluetooth, as the instructions advise. After many, many attempts, I still haven't been successful. The illustrations in the instructions don't match the vacuum I received, so the instructions are of zero use. The detailed, written directions also leave a lot to be desired, as I remain unable to connect in order to use the app via bluetooth.In using the remote, I thought all was well, as the vacuum immediately responded, but only went forward a few inches. It then proceeded to turn in an erratic circle and saturated the rug in the circle in which it ran. When it became obvious it was never going to move beyond that small circle, shockingly it didn't respond to the remote, so I physically picked it up, immediately boxing it up to be returned to the company.I have had a couple different robotic vacuums, decided to try a less costly version. Again, if it sounds too good to be true...

There are many options for this type robot cleaner and read through multiple reviews and this one for the price delivers well above expectations. The main thing is to understand the strengths and limitations of this type product. Our house is 120 years old with wood floors, fire places in every room and plates in every doorway. we also have many rugs(no tassels). This little machine is generally able to maneuver all the wood humps and fireplace edges and gets under furniture where we cannot go with a regular vacuum. The first run filled the cup quickly. Understand it is a small device so you have to empty it frequently but that is easy to do. Assembly and operation is quick and easy. Operation is pretty intuitive. We have a large house with plaster walls and it does not find the base unless i steer it to that room and then its fine. Put all cords and loose material out of the way. I tested each area, the good thing is if it gets hung up, it stops, beeps and shuts down without doing damage, but as the directions say it can pull small objects down by their v=cords so pay attention. It seems to pick up dust and dirt very well, definitely a time saver. I only use the mop feature on the kitchen hard wood floor, not where there are rugs. It is more of a dust pick up than a mop per se, helpful but limited. Overall it does all that it promises, is handy and keeps the floors much cleaner with regular use and minimal oversight, as promised. The price was less than $100 on a very expensive machine and well worth it!

I bought this because I have two dogs and I can’t take all the daily vacuums! This has helped keep my house clean and me at peace! The only downfall…doesn’t detect puppy poop and will spread it all around where it vacuums. Poop doesn’t clean up well, other than that it has been great!

This product was great the first couple months. The last few weeks I’ve noticed it wouldn’t stay on the charger and it wouldn’t hold a charge. I thought it had to do with someone possibly running into it, or with a dog running into it, but I’ve gated off the area where it is and it is still doing the same thing. It does not hold a charge, and after it starts going for a couple minutes it just goes right back to the charging unit and then doesn’t charge. It’s very frustrating especially because the return window/trouble shooting window just closed two weeks ago.
