I'm a person that's always used ready-ground salt and pepper, never wanted to get a grinder for both as it just seemed like a lot of extra work, and why not use already ground stuff instead? Well when these popped up and I managed to grab them, I figured I'd give them a try.First off, the salt and pepper you have to grind yourself is actually way better tasting than the pre-ground stuff you buy from a shop. The flavour pops more in food, and adds way more flavour to it.These grinders make light work of grinding salt and pepper, and it flows out the bottom easily. The grinders also look good, they conveniently fit with my kitchen colour of black + silver too, which was a big plus.The battery seems to last forever, so far I haven't had to recharge, I'm sure I will at some point but I am very happy with the battery life.I wish I'd invested into an electric grinder set before, because this definitely adds a lot more flavour to my meals than I'm used to.

I personally still prefer the old fashioned do it yourself twisting as I find these don’t provide quite enough fineness with the powder, but it still produces a nice result with the added benefit of no effort on your own behalf!This may sound like a case of being too extra, but when you have family members with severe arthritis, you will know how even the simplest of things can be a struggle.Like all modern products, it comes with USB-C charging and so you don’t have to worry about storing another cable if you already use one (which who doesn’t at this point). Loading of the shakers is easy enough and they hold a good amount.Overall, a very good product, at good value (although a bit high for what it is).

These salt and pepper grinders are good placement to my old grinders run by batteries. I almost abandoned the old ones as I often found they ran out of batteries. Sitting on a rechargeable base, the new grinders can be charged at any time via a USB type c cable. They look great on the dining table. The grinders are powerful enough to grind hard salts effortlessly. Similar to my old ones, the new grinders are easy to set to produce different sizes of particles by adjusting the knob at the bottom. Coarse salts and whole peppers can be easily loaded onto the grinders through a transparent window, which also provides a direct visualisation of how much salt or pepper is left. The grinders are easy to use with one hand. They are made of strong plastics and seem durable. The little brush is useful in cleaning the grinders. I found it difficult to always keep it together with the grinders. It would be perfect if the designer could allocate a place (on the recharging base, for example) to store the little brush. All in all, I am very pleased with the product. Highly recommended.

I usually buy one use salt and pepper grinders so was keen to try something that felt more sustainable long term. I have to say that I am really pleased with this set.They come with a stand that you connect the usb charging cable to when required but is also meant to store them neatly when not in use. This looks great on the worktop or table and has the added bonus of catching any stray salt and pepper thus keeping your surfaces clean.The grinders themselves are easily adjustable so you can alter the thickness of the salt and pepper from very fine to coarse. There is a button on the front that you press to dispense which means that 5bey can be used one handed which I like when cooking as I can continue to stir my food at the same time. There is a led light at the bottom that helps you see how much you are dispensing.I have been using these grinders daily for two weeks now and they are showing no sign of needing to be recharged.Refilling is also a very easy process. There is a clear window at the front that you turn from locked to unlocked, lift out and then fill up. The fact that it is clear means that you can see how much salt and pepper you have left in the grinders.The construction feels solid; there is a bit of weight to these even though they are predominantly made of plastic. They do feel like they will last.I would definitely recommend these grinders.

I ordered these for me because I've always wanted but never owned a set.The set is very good quality. I love that it includes everything from the stand to the charger. And put together it's a very nice looking set of grinders that would look good in any kitchen. I love the adjustability and really, just about everything about them.I did run into one problem, unrelated to the set though, I had no place to put them. We have a very small kitchen and the one place they could go, in front of the toaster, I kept knocking them over because it's right beside our stove, which is where they belong for cooking. That left me in a pickle. I know they're durable, they proved that, but it was just a matter of time before one of them ended up on the floor, broken, so I've decided to not take a chance and at some point down the road, I'll gift them if I can't make more room on the counter.If you'd like this set for yourself you wouldn't regret the purchase or if you want to gift them to someone with a bigger kitchen than ours, again, great idea. Sadly they just didn't work for me but I really wanted a set and I did get to try them. 5 stars for a great set.

So that is something important to consider.Regarding the actual grinders, I think they are pretty good. A major complaint I have is how to wash and sanitize them. They come with a small brush so you can brush away bits stuck to the opening, but I am more concerned about factory chemicals and other contaminates that would go into my food. Since this has electrical components it is hard to wash with soap and water.It grinds my spaces fast. I like that it is a set of 2, which is good for salt and pepper, although I dont use mine for these spices, so its a bit weird I have 2 random grinders for other spices on my counter.

With a press of a button fresh salt and pepper is dispensed and the simple turn of a knob can adjust the coarseness. These electric salt and pepper grinders are perfect for those who want to have freshly ground spices from the press of a button. Sore or tired wrists from twisting the classic grinders, then these electric grinders do the trick so long as they have power. They are easy to charge with the dock included, simply plug it in and wait until the light indicator shows it full and they're ready for use. After charging them out of the package and using for days, I still haven't needed to recharge them yet. The battery lasts a good amount of time. I like that the grinders also come with lights under them to illuminate the ground spices coming out to see where they land on the dish below them. This added feature to the design is very helpful for seeing how much spice has been dispensed. I also like how easy it is to fill, the grinders are able to hold a fair amount of spice, I have not needed to refill them yet even with daily use. Under the grinders are a knob for adjust the coarseness or fineness of the spices, this part can be a bit tricky to get the hang of but I found that after twisting it to the desired coarseness, simply pressing the button to dispense helps adjust the spring in the distance of the grinding component in th base of the grinder. The sizing of these electric grinders are very good, they are comfortable to hold and use.

These are definitely a budget electric grinder that will work if you'll like a change from dipping your fingers into salt cellars or manually twisting the regular peppercorn grinders.What I like ;- it's matte black - this means that it would fit into the aesthetic of most spaces.- it's rechargeable- my old one needed batteries.- there's a light at the base to show you quantity dispensed.- it charged up quickly and it seems to still be holding up its charge after over 2 weeks of daily use.- it comes with its docking station which is great since you don't have to charge them one after the other.- it's easy to fill and holds a decent quantity.- you can adjust the coarseness/smoothness of whatever you fill it with. However I have to point out here that just like my old one, the adjuster starts to loosen up after frequent use so you have to go in and tighten it once noticed.Definitely not a deal breaker.For the price you pay, you get good enough quality, it's budget friendly, works well and will serve for a good while hopefully.4 and half stars.

I really like this set! I have had battery operated ones in the past. You had to take them apart both to put in/change batteries and to add pepper. This one avoids that. First of all being rechargeable, and next by having a fill window on the front. Very nice!You charge these units by plugging the base in to USB. It doesn't take too long and they seem to hold a charge well. You could keep the base plugged in and use the grinders independently, but I prefer to keep them on their stand. That way they not only look nice, but the stand catches any left over salt & pepper. Easy clean up from time to time. When the charge gets low, then I plug the base in.The grind control (fine/course) is easily set and adjusted. The light helps see how much salt is coming out (pepper is easy to see, but without the light you can really over-salt!).These are a bit pricier than the others I had, but work so much better. Apart from that, I can't find anything bad about this set. Nice!
