Rog 8 phone malfunctioning
Im not one to complain I’ve been long time shopper on Amazon so this is my first complaint ever, but I was super excited for the Rog 8 phone as I’m a big time mobile gamer but I am disappointed that the triggers are acting up , I’ve had rog 3 , rog 5s and even the 6s , I thought I was up grading but turns out the product I received is either bugged or is malfunctioning as soon as I got it out of the box , I paid alot for this and I’m just completely unsatisfied idk what I should do really so be aware everyone sometimes you get goods and sometimes it’s bad

Upgrade from ROG 7
The phone is same width, smaller depth, and shorter in length. In hand it feels a lot lighter than the 7 because of the slightly smaller battery. Overall, after a week of use, I have no complaints. Out of box, from ASUS comes a clear protector which is nice. Cost is a bit steep but worth the price over the fruity alternative IMO.

Phone died
I only had this phone for a few short months until it started acting up, and then died. I have been trying to get a hold of the seller, amazon support, and asus and no one will help me. Do not purchase from this things from this seller.

no power with full charge
I have owned several ROG phones over the years and never had problems with them This one is different i have owned it since May its December and it wont even power up and i have never dropped it got it wet there are not even a scratch or blemish even on the screen VERY disappointed..........

Locked phone?
I called my wireless provider and it's says the phones locked. I bought an unlocked phone and I was told to ask you guys to help unlock it. I need to figure out the carrier for the phone

Not the US Version
It's the international version and no carries could recognize support for the IMEI, no access to 5G bands in my area. Returned immediately and seller attempted to charge me a 96$ restocking fee. Avoid this and pre-order the actual US Version from Asus shop or Newegg that releases on 3/21/24.
