I’ve long heard of ZEP but hadn’t tried it before now. I used this cleaner in the bathroom and found it did a great job on the toilet and tub. It definitely has a strong scent, so keep those windows open or air circulating to help dissipate the smell.

So far, I've used this all-purpose cleaner for cleaning my stovetop, countertops, desk, and keyboard. I've found that it works well for all of these surfaces. It does a good job of breaking down dirt and grime so that it's easy to remove with a paper towel, washcloth, or scrubber.I was able to get the stovetop looking good as new with this cleanser along with a dirt eraser sponge, and it worked fantastically to leave all of my keys and the rubber backing of my keyboard shiny and oil-free.This spray cleanser has a notable purple color, but I haven't had issues with it staining any surfaces so far. The lavender scent is very strong and pleasant, but is somewhat artificial smelling.Overall, I'm pleased with this product. I wouldn't say it's better than other cleansing sprays I've used, but it certainly keeps up with the competition, and it gets the job done. I would order it again if the price was right.

I heard of Zep products several years ago through a friend who worked in hotels and restaurants. I tried out the toilet bowl cleaner and loved it. It was the first one that got rid of hard water stains for me. It made me a fan of the brand and all the more eager to test out this Zeptastic all purpose cleaner/degreaser. I have a double hot plate I use often for frying and it’s hard to remove the spatters of baked on grease from it, especially on the trim surrounding the burners. Other cleaners only did so much. I didn’t even let the Zeptastic sit and just sprayed it on and wiped it off with paper towels and most of the baked on grease came off leaving the stainless steel shining. I feel I would have had even better results had I let the solution sit for a few minutes giving it time to break down the grease. The great thing is this product smells so much better than my other degreaser which has a strong, toxic smell that gets me coughing every time I use it. This didn’t bother me at all.There are two drawbacks I found. First and foremost is price. Ten dollars is a lot for one 32 ounce spray bottle. I would tend to use it sparingly. The other drawback is that the Zeptastic not only got rid of the grease on my hot plate, but it also removed some of the lettering over the indicator lights and burners so you do need to be careful with what you use it on. Best to test a small area and see how it reacts first.

I'm impressed with how well it cleans and cuts through grease.It's been a while since I gave my oven a thorough cleaning. I put this product to the test and it passed with flying colors. A few sprays inside the oven, 10-15 minutes of letting it sit, and I was able to mostly wipe away the mess. Only one spot required a little elbow grease, but that's because it was burnt on cheese (yuck).While the solution was sitting inside my oven, working it's magic, I went ahead and took that time to spray my sink, my counters, my stove top, my hood vent and my smaller appliances (air fryer, coffee pot, ice maker, etc). It cleaned everything very easily and left it ALL squeaky clean.It's nice when you find a product that works as advertised. Especially cleaning products. It makes you WANT to clean. At least, that's how it is for me.

It did a decent job in both places. It does have a lavender smell, but still smells like a cleaner.In the bathroom, it cleaned everything up exactly as expected. In the kitchen, it took a bit of extra scrubbing to get the stove top clean. I typically use a dish washing liquid (particularly well known for cutting grease) for the stove top, but tried this instead. I think they are actually about equal in their grease-cutting abilities.I am happy with the cleaner. It does work well.I hope this was helpful.

Think cheap dollar store fabuloso scent. I used this to clean my kitchen cabinet faces and while it did easily remove grease and grime I almost immediately got an migraine from the “lavender” scent. It’s INTENSE and doesn’t dissipate easily. I opened all doors and turned on exhaust fans but couldn’t get the stench out of the kitchen. If you’re cleaning a pee covered hoarder house this May be the product you’re after but if you don’t need a full chemical assault on all your senses, this I may be a pass.

Works a lot like Fabuloso. So far we've used it on windows, our countertop and our glass top stove. It cuts through grease just fine, and smells like Fabuloso too. It's on the pricey side, even when buying in bulk. The generic lavender cleaner my wife usually buys is $5/gallon. Bottom line: grease cutting cleaner is grease cutting cleaner regardless of brand or retailer!
