Would these bags be suitable for baubles to fit?

No not really as they are not very big

Would these 130 x 185 bags hold a glass jar which is 6cm wide x 6cm deep x 8cm high. I have to post a jar inside a box and need extra protection?

These bags would not be suited for your jars due to its size, but more so as one side is sticky ( self adhesive) and would not really offer the protection needed. Perhaps try bubble wrap pouches that come in various sizes.
