I purchased this as additional tape because I've just had major abdominal surgery - was recommended taping flat the healed incision by my top gynae consultant for 3-6mnths, to prevent keloid scarring, so I'm doing as I'm told! This skin tone original 3M tape adheres VERY well to skin (changed weekly) and after each shower you can simply pat dry; skin still 'breathes' underneath and the tape stays in place. Much better than its white counterpart. Plus the colour lets it blend in better under sheer clothing. Winner on every level

I stubbed my toe and consequently made it crooked ! This product is a good colour and doesn't look too noticeable when I have to tape my toes up !

I had minor stomach surgery and the surgeon recommended I used this for six weeks afterwards. All fine, and it stays stuck on in the shower for ages. You can leave it for at least a week if you want to, or even more.

This is a fabulous product I couldn't live without. Its skin tone colour means it is unobtrusive so although my feet are covered in it on 'Blister Duty' in the summer, it is not very obvious. Moreover, it really does its job. No blisters and unlike ordinary Elastoplast dressings, it doesn't stick to your shoes, roll up and come off. I'm a huge fan and can't think why you can only buy a white version in chemists when Tan is so vastly superior.

Skin colour ...light brown ...almost see through disappears when used ...doesn’t rip at skinBeing “see through” might be useful for darker skins too...not as startling as white...I used it for after eye surgery on thin skin...it’s ok
