Seal under cap was ripped
I ordered this for my cat on the advice of my vet. The bottle was tightly wrapped in plastic and there also was a separate plastic band around the cap, but the foil seal under the cap had a rip in it. Very upsetting! Unfortunately this product doesn't qualify for a refund or replacement. I will be getting my cat's medicine somewhere else.
