Works Great so far. Used for a full bath along with a mini kitchenette and water is instantly hot and stays hot. Easy to install and seems to be of good quality. Good value for money.

Only 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars. Purchased this Dec 3, received it and couldn't install until the end of Jan because of work and holiday stuff. It has been installed less than 2 months and has stopped working. It has power the led screen is on but it's not heating the water. Now we can't return it and can't reach the seller or get any support. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Super easy setup, max 1 hour isntall. Get your self quick connects hoses for snap connections wow.I set it at 130F, home under 1500sq in FL. Works like a champ with two showers running at same time with Zero issues. Min 50A fuse is must. L1 is black cable,L2 white love this!11/17/24 never any issues. I did notice when power goes out, it will power off this heater and it manually needs to be power back on. Not a big deal, just don't loose the remote I have my hanging by the door for easy access.Water set at 130 it delivers quick super hot water. It works great my home, you needs to run 3 showers or more ? Strange if you need that options, regardless just purchase higher voltage demand and it will deliver with out any issues.

This product doesn’t work as described. It is NOT “great for families” and does NOT support “one shower head” and “one sink”. This thing didn’t even hear my kitchen sink past luke warm water. Don’t waste your money!

I received my heater and it worked for 15 mins and would trip the breaker. Amazon customer service was unhelpful with this, but the manufacturer sent a replacement with no charge. Product works great and maintains temp well. Easy installation and product support from the manufacturer is awesome.

Required some additional materials since we were switching from a gas water heater to this, but once we had the required wires, circuit board switches, and pipes, the installation was quick and it works amazing! Even with the additional expense, it’s still well worth the price if you know or have someone who has experience installing tankless water heaters.

Got this thinking it'd be a quick work around for my water heater that gave out. I don't need scalding hot water nor do I need 50 gal tank.This however just runs water through it. I've adjusted water pressure, check electrical connections and still refuses to do anything but turn thr LED on.Does heat, doesn't do anything. Keep your money and spend it elsewhere.P.s. I think* it's got a remanufactured on vs new; upon opening thr box and uncorking the water inlet and outlet i got water running out of them.....
