It is the easiest to use Cleening device ever. Plane water and that microfiber cloth really works. I got my first one at the southern living show in Charlotte NC. I have two homes and I keep three at each one. They work great on floors walls ,moldings ,bathrooms, windows. It is easy to use and saves a lot of time. I use one every morning to wipe down my shower. I have given them to family and friends. It is great for people who can’t bend over to wipe up spilled. I like it because it simple easy to use and works.

Mop does not move smoothly, mop head keeps flipping, on my honed porcelain tile. Maybe it will work on smooth glossy tile.

You don't get many rags for the amount paid for it. It came really fast that's the upside but the attachment to hang on the wall should be redone. If you stick it on the wall, the adhesive will ruin the wall. The engineers that made this need to go back in the lab, start from the drawing board

I love how this fits in tight corners and allows me to use my own microfiber cloths.

This is the only thing BAD that I've got off Amazon, its worthless try to clean ceiling and it stuck to everything it touched
