I bought these for my first full custom build. With no reviews I was hesitant, but it's Amazon - what's the worst that can happen? These were impressive right out of the box. I was extremely surprised to find cloth braided wiring on such an inexpensive set of pickups. Once I had them all wired up, I was expecting that cheap, overly hot "tinny" sound, but I was surprised at how full and rich these sound in all positions. I will definitely be picking up another set of these in the future.

These pickups sound great or at least the middle and neck ones do. I haven't used the bridge pickup yet cuz I was building a hss strat. Right now i dont have a single coil only strat. But they fit straight out of the box. They wired in with ease. The push back cloth and pre tinned tips made it an easy install. Good price and packaged well. They made my old parts caster pop with its appearance.

I've bought pickups that cost 7 times more money and was $33 impressed. These pickups for $33 are worth far more than I paid for them! The tone is top shelf, first rate! I saw individual magnetic pole pieces, cloth covered wire and metal shielding around the pickup, what else doe you need?!!!! Buy them before they're gone. Great product!

I wanted open pickup covers and this was the ones I found. I put the covers on another set of p/u's and these are still in the drawer.

They are very nice pickups and very affordable. The packaging is very nice as well.

I got these to replace stock pickups of a set of very noisy Squier alnicos... these sound way louder and with more sustain, however they are as noisy as the SQR pickups I replaced. Make sure you have a noise gate on your board.

These pick ups have a nice nice clear sound. They’re very good and they dirty up real nice.
