I was recommended this my my nutritionist alongside a probiotic due to my poor gut health. I take a shot in the morning alongside my other supplements and probiotics. 2 months on I can’t exactly say it’s down to just the ACV but a combination of adding some supplements and probiotics into my daily regime I’ve noticed a good improvement in my digestion. It’s very well priced and arrives well packaged and protected for a glass bottle. I use it daily now, I’m on my second bottle.

So lots of people buy this for its digestive effects, I watched a YouTube video on diary of a CEO that mentions just a small amount of vinegar or apple cider vinegar with your food, changes the way that the body processes the Carbohydrates that follow it. This isn’t what I had bought it for but interesting nonetheless. I bought I This product as I’m a fish keeper, I have baby fish and you need apple cider vinegar for vinegar eel cultures. Because this product is “with the mother” that’s perfect, it basically is as natural as you can get it, the acidity is slightly too high for vinegar eels and you have to water it down by about 50%. Neither the scent or the colour are overly off putting. It comes in a nice glass bottle, well presented and I know it’s healthy as my vinegar eels are thriving, for the price, I haven’t seen a better quality one.

Used it to make a fruit fly trap - it caught all the little suckers!!

Bought this to supposedly help with acid reflux (GERD). How anyone can be expected to drink this is absolutely beyond me. Even watering it down 10 times, it was still sour enough to have me gagging. I might use it for cooking, though I have no idea where.
