I have experienced neither an increase in energy nor weight loss while using this product. It’s a scam.

Purchased three times. The first two tasted fine (I purchased as a gastrointestinal supplement vs to lose weight). The last shipment just arrived this week and taste HORRIBLE! The apple cider vinegar taste is horrible. So no more for me. I will find another brand.

This is a quality product that has helped me loose 15 pounds and gave me enough energy to stay active all day chasing my toddler. The product helped me keep my energy up which helped me walk off the few extra pounds I wanted to get rid of.They have a good flavor and I usually ate them in the morning to help start my day.

They don’t work, taste gross and I have gained weight instead of losing weight!! Very disappointing!! Would not recommend.

I didn’t see any weight loss or any improvement health wise.
