Don't listen to other comments. Use it.
I was fooled like many judging by picture. During this formula rush who can blame me but me.I would like to just dispell some of the other comments on here if you made the same mistake as me. This is good formula and it has a special purpose for special babies. Make sure to read the label as it is not like the powdered. You have to dilute it. It's a 50/50 concentrate meaning you add half water. Also someone complained about not being able to heat up. You can always serve cold but you can heat it up. It has a WARNING to not heat up in microwave. As many things get violently hot in it and cause burns to you or baby.Goodluck

Reflux relief in a can, just add water
This did the trick to alleviate our newborn’s reflux, it was recommended by our doctor. Needed the concentrate to mix to 22 calories for our tiny girl. Shaking the can is not enough you need a spatula to mix up the iron that tends to settle at the bottom of the can (some reviewers thought it was mold but is definitely the iron sediment). Sadly this is one of the less sweeter smelling formulas but I’ll take a little stinky to ease that discomfort. We’ve been using this for about two months now along with 1tbsp of rice cereal per ounce and it quickly solved the reflux issue and also allowed baby to start sleeping for longer stretches through night.

Not powder
#1 The main description does not say that it's a liquid concentrate. The photo of the label so not either. It looks the same as the powdered kind, so I ordered. I was very disappointed when I received it and found it was liquid.#2 It's expensive, so we tried it anyways. The first day baby seemed fussier than normal and did not sleep well. Next day I didn't use it and he seemed fine. Tried a second time the following day, and he had upset stomach/diarrhea. This is our third son on this formula because of allergies, so we're fully aware of the unusual smell. This formula has a slightly different look and smell to it even after you add water. Not sure why or why he's reacting differently to it.

Timely Gift
I had this shipped to a friend who’s baby wasn’t gaining weight on breast milk. The order arrived promptly and according to my friend, it was cheaper than purchasing in store. The baby was able to adapt to formula and mom was happy.

NOT THE POWDER!
$90 down the drain because there’s no return on this canned concentrated milk formula. This is my fault for not reading more clearly. I did not know they even made a can I thought they only made the larger bottles of liquid. The problem is with this formula you cannot warm it, so if you open the can to make some concentrate you have to refrigerate the remainder and then if your baby needs it again you can’t give your baby ice cold milk , so you have to sit on the counter -but it can’t be left out for more than two hours, and you can’t warm it in a bottle warmer so you are in a bind. Its a tricky situation I don’t know how this would work for anyone, or why they even make it. I’m surprised even with the virus that they won’t let you return unopened product especially in a metal tin can. I understand not letting you return the cardboard or plastic powder containers but this is a different story. Oh well lesson learned hopefully I can donate to somebody in need.

Works
The product does what it says, but that is a can, (like can of cambells Soup can) and once you open it, you have to use it all within 24 hours, we to use the product as a supplement to solids and breast feeding so unfortunately it doesn't all manage to get used in time. The combination ratios are 1 part formula to 1 part water, for those who are shopping per ounce.
