I bought this for my sons phone, we decided it was better that I fitted it to save any problems. I started off by using the very small peices of cleaning paper, one to wash (more wet than I am used to with my glasses alcohol wipes) and one to dry.I the positioned the new glass cover to ensure it was going to the correct position, there was a small tag at the top that I assume was for removing the backing and thus expose the sticky side (no instructions to be found on the packet), this tag just tore off and came away. So then it was down to me to prise off the backing with my nail, teasing up an area to get started, this was proving difficult and I move to a coiuple of other areas to get this started.This was to no avail, because all of a sudden the glass cracked in three lines near the corner I was holding! So this now was useless, well I thought nothing to lose now in persisting so I continued trying to get that backing off. It still would not present an edge to get started, so I purposefully broke it and bent it so it would expose the backing that was adeared to the glass cover. Nothing, just a handful of broken glass fragments that was still held together by some mystery covering. The only option to save injury at this point and not get small glass shards into my skin was to bin it!So if anyone has a better suggestion on where to get one of these covers (I no longer want the glass bit) as it appears to be MUCH stronger that the protective glass I was trying to fit 😉.In hindsight I should of just let my son get on with it, I will get another product and do just that.
