This has been a great unit. Lasted 11 years without issues until a few days ago when it stopped. Due to failed maintenance on my part for not cleaning it out annually, the switch arm the holds the float (like a toilet) was eaten through. Probably accumulation of chemicals. The pump still pumped, just could not activate, because the float had been eaten off. Now I'm adding those treatment pills you see in the photo. Easy install as all my lines and screws were still there. Also flushed out the plastic tube that runs to the outside of my house. One more maintenance item to add to home ownership.

Great little pump. Replaced and old one that failed. It was an easy I stall because it was the same model as the previous one. Previous one was hardwired in, but instead of cutting the cord and hardworking this one, I decided to go ahead and wire the box that the AC installers did not. So when replacement is needed again in the future, it will be simply plug and go. I probably won't be the one replacing it though as the old one lasted a very long time and I most likely won't be living here when it dies!

Easy to install and worked as expected.

This arrived on time and in good packaging. It directly replaced my older CP-22 pump which had been installed before I bought the house. It had worked for at least 4 years, and failed due to the float switch, causing minor flooding in basement. The unit is basically plug and play for my installation, which took about 3 minutes.This unit comes with a wiring adapter to allow you to interlock it with the thermostat to disable your condensing furnace or A/C if you prefer, or to wire to an alarm (not provided). It has a separate high-level switch. The advantage of the thermostat interlock is it will prevent flooding; the disadvantage is that your building will have no heat or A/C until the problem is cleared.The unit has plugs to accept drainage from multiple appliances (furnace, A/C, humidifier, etc.), and comes with a slide up tray to receive tablets for control of mold/algae etc. (Tablets are not provided). A check-valve is included in the package.

Order this condensate pump for my mothers A/C unit cause the old one was on it way out. Ordered it for Amazon and came in couple of days. Just in time for the hot weather. And the price was very well appreciated.
