My application is all indoor with minimal sun loading so I cannot offer any insight into outdoor or any location that is subject to significant temperature/humidity changes. I will probably install one of these in my garage to test this later & update if necessary though.For an indoor sign these are solidly made. Prepare the surface for adhesion correctly - wipe clean, remove all dust, if you are able, wipe it gently with rubbing alcohol to remove any grease etc. that will adversely affect the adhesive.Pull the release paper off carefully (if you rip it off you will stretch the plastic a little & it will not lie flat, this will happen with any thin printed vinyl sign though, so just be careful), align with where you want it to go, lay one edge & gently roll the sign onto the surface, smoothing it into place as you do it, this will minimise the opportunity for air bubbles to get trapped. If you wipe it gently with a soft cloth, from the middle to the edges to secure it in place, this will help push any bubbles out from under it too.I have them adhered to wall paint, laminate surfaces & gloss paint surfaces with great success.Apply carefully & you should too.

Nice size, easy to see from a distance. I applied them to pieces of Masonite mounted to the ceiling using a small angle bracket. Seemed to stick well, no indication of coming loose. If they would provide a slit in the backing, it would be easier to remove. Would buy them again.

We use these on tent walls to show where the fire extinguishers are placed, product is cheap and easy to stick on tent walls.

Worked good everywhere except stucco the texture was too much we’ll have to get a more permanent solution.
