I started making bread and I use this mat every time I Make bread or rolls i knead it by hand or use it to form loaves. its easy to clean and I fold it up keep it on a drawer. but I do recommend this mat

Must have for baking
Love this mat. It lays flat on the surface and doesn’t move while you are working on it. The material seems of a good quality. It is easy to wash and clean. I store my loosely rolled up and it doesn’t loose the shape and still lays flat on the countertop. Definitely getting good use out of it. If you like baking you’ll love it.
