These are in a convenient easy to store container for the frig, with a screw on cap. Used it yesterday for buckwheat burgers . Use it for all kinds of foods...it enhances most entrees that are baked or mixed (think comfort foods). I make most things from “scratch” but this is a convenience that’s just as good without any work at all. Wish it were organic. Also would’ve loved sourdough (for health reasons).

I always order these breadcrumbs, as they are low in sodium and have no milk products in them. I like to put them in my meat loaf.

Very happy with this purchase. I have never even used Panko before, but went organic about 4 months ago and making a lot of new recipes. These were wonderful when I made eggplant parmesan recently. I seasoned them up as I would breadcrumbs and these made the dish extra good with a crisper crunch than my ordinary breadcrumbs. I did dredge twice as I wanted the crispier crust on chicken as well. You can control how much Panko for any dish of course. I'm happy with my purchase and will buy again.

I used to order these in large quantities all the time but lately, it seems the quality of product has gone down. The bread crumbs used to be a bit smaller & lighter in color & now, I am getting larger sized bread crumbs & they are dark in color. I will be looking for a different brand now.

These are nicer than regular bread crumbs

Product as described, it was well packaged and arrived promptly. I'm very pleased and would buy again in the future.

Expensive bread crumbs but you can certainly taste the difference. Easy to use and quite economical if you are careful
