I was looking for a little trash can to add to my futuristic themed office an this fit the bill perfectly! Set up was easy, just install 2 double A batteries and pop the lid on and that's it! Motion detector works well and it really reminds me of something I'd see on a space ship. I call it my little garbage droid, lol! Keep in mind that it is petite and takes small trash bags, which came included. I'm sure any 2 gallon bags would fit though.

Love the look and the automatic top works great but as many others have stated, the plastic ring to hold garbage liners doesn't work correctly. Part of the aesthetic of this garbage is not seeing the garbage bag. Not sure how I can make it work without pulling it over the top, which I do not like. Otherwise, great little garbage for a small space.

I ordered the white with gold and I love it! It does everything I bought it for. The size is perfect. It sits right between my cabinet and commode. It comes with trash bags that are easy to insert. All you do after that is put in the batteries. It holds 2 gallons, is a good size and the bags hold more than I thought it would. I’m very pleased with it. I just hold my hand over the light and it opens right up. You don’t have to touch anything! It’s very sanitary and it hides any smells. The appearance is so stylish and easy to wipe down and keep clean. This is a winner!

I know, can a garbage can be considered elegant? I think so. The fluted sides with gold accents give it an upscale look. So far the motion sensor works well, but most importantly it fits nicely next to my toilet where there is limited space between it and the wall. Happiy with this purchase.
