Ninja 2-in-1 6 Quart Stove Top Digital Slow Cooker Cooking System with Recipes

I love this thing and have been using it way more than I thought I would. Only complaint is the bottom of the non-stick pot is already scratched and coating coming off, enough so that I don’t feel it’s a good idea to keep using. I decided to buy a replacement liner from the maker but they are sold out. Just beware you have to be *very* careful with the liner, as it does wear quickly. Its too bad there’s not an option for cast iron or stainless steel liner (like instant pot) instead of non-stick. If they fix the quality of the liner, it would easily be a 5-star product—Except for that, everything about it is fantastic and it’s super versatile, and would easily be the most used tool in my kitchen.

Just make sure to know, the handles get HOT. But it cooks meat like an oven, not a slow cooker. It is tender, but not cooked to death. It still has texture and grain and holds up, but is tender. It's a whole new world of cooking.I was also a lazy cleaner and used bags in my slow cooker, this one is made out of a material that is easy to clean, and I mean easy, cause I AM the dish washer. Even when you sear meat first like a roast, or beef tips.So far the only bad thing is the HOT handles, but they give you pot holders so use them!!

I loved my old crockpot so much that when it died I did not think I would find one to replace it.This is nothing like my old one but I like it and it works well as a slow cooker. I have not tried to use it for anything else.

This slow cooker is well made. You can sauté in it then switch over to slow cook mode. Very easy to use and clean up is a breeze. Nice not to have to handle/wash a heavy crock. It switches automatically to keep warm mode when your desired cooking time ends. Also there is a small opening in the glass lid to let steam escape, a great feature. I have used this many times and have always been very happy with the results.

I have used a slow cooker for many years. I have never had one with a steam vent in lid. This causes problems with recipes as the liquid evaporates leaving the remaining liquid very strongly flavored (reduced). Important: must add additional liquid to recipes to compensate for this. I intend to find a "cork" for the steam vent to solve the problem. Also this slow cooker only has 2 settings low & high. The low setting is what I'd consider med -high setting. The pan is very nice and easy to clean.

I love this slow cooker! The best feature is that I can brown my meats, vegetables, or whatever I need right in the same pot! It browns beautifully, then, with just a flick if the switch, it becomes a slow cooker that has even heat and excellent control. No more transferring from one pot to the cooker.

I purchased this on February 28 and received it February 29. I was so excited to get it, I had had another one that stopped working after about 4 years - I missed it so much! This one works/worked great until about 2 weeks ago when I tried using the stove-top function for the first time. I will turn it on and within a minute will turn off. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! I should have tried the stove-top function sooner, too late to return. Also, the slow cooker low setting is TOO HOT - things boil instead of simmer. I really wanted to love this one like the old one I had, alas, it's not to be!Update: the slow cooker function is now having the same issue as the stovetop function - it keeps turning off. Contacted Ninja warranty department & they are shipping me a new base unit. Thank you Ninja! I hope this one works as well as the first one I had!

I loved the product but it stopped working in less than a year that i had it. I tried contacting the seller but i guess my email never got thru. really disappointed in this product
