I am very happy with this purchase. Love it so much I ordered a 2nd one. I bought the X-Large and it fits my leg perfectly. It was super cold and stayed cold for 20 mins which is how long I normally leave an ice pack on. Also even after it stopped being cold the light compression felt so good I left it on for about half an hour after it was no longer cold.I don’t think you could go wrong with one of these. Buy yourself one.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought the one for your head when I saw it pop up on an add. I used to use a corn bag in the freezer when I had severe headaches or migraines. But they pick up smells from my freezer and can be hard to keep on while getting into comfortable positions. The headache ice pack worked PERFECT and was comfortable and stayed in place. It was so good that I ordered all 5 of the other ice packs in this line because my husband and I are in our 40s now. I have upper body joint pain and he has lower. It’s comfy and easy to put one on any joint and go about your business without it restricting your movement. These can be used cold or warmed in the microwave, however, mine Al live in the freezer. I haven’t tried them warm. The ONLY con in my eye is that they don’t stay cold for as long as a regular ice pack, but I think because you can wear it more easily, you probably get as much targeted ice to where it needs to be in shorter time. It also cools back off faster in the freezer, so I still think it’s a win!

Fits well, very easy to use. Ices a large area evenly, intensely cold for maybe 10 minutes. For longer time, or for concentrated area just use an ice bag

I would recommend this to anyone. Stays cold for a few hours and fits great over the knee covering part of the thigh and calf.

Great for "icing" a knee back to health. Even after being in the freezer they are stretchy and conform to the body.

It's light weight. It's easy to get off and on. My only problem with it is that it just does not stay cold very long at all. I leave it in the freezer for several hours and it stays cold for maybe 5 minutes after I put it on my knee. I recently had surgery and the plan was to use it at work, which I do. It just doesn't stay cold long enough. Thank you and have a blessed day.

After recovering from a total knee replacement, ice packs have become my new best friend but the thawing and dripping have been a nuisance. THIS is genius and perfect!!! Fits and feels amazing!! Instant relief, just right compression and soft material. Best purchase since surgery!!

Lots of people complaining about this product. I got the large and fits nicely., stays up. It stays cold for about 15-20 minutes. For those of you that say it doesn’t stay cold long, it does, you just get use to it as it’s on. Plus you’re only supposed to ice for 15-20 minutes anyway. If you want longer I guess buy two 🤷‍♀️ I have such a hard time deciding on what to buy between the negative comments and the paid comments. I think this product works fine.

We have two of these - this one for knees and the other one for the elbow. The elbow one fits great.But the knee one is huge. It only came in one size — I feel like I’d need to have huge legs for this to fit without slipping off. It still does the job, but I need to tie something around it to keep it on. Hence 4/5 stars.But for overall comfort and ease of use, it’s a winner!

Works well, nice and cold but the first time opening it, I sniffed it and it smelled like literally puke.
