I put my Intel Core i7 12700KF through a stress test with 100% usage for about 5 mins and it didn't even go above 55* C!The application was straightforward and easy to do with the help of the provided spatula.

Not up to the mark
It's easy to apply though. The temperature cooling is not up to the mark. My i5 8th gen laptop still reaches 35C for normal use. I expected an even more better cooling. 2gm of thermal paste is enough to apply on 4 laptop cpus

Great Thermal solution!
My cpu was idling at 78-81*c and was thermal throttling while doing mere tasks like playing yt videos. But after applying the thermal paste, temps are very low and under control. Idle temps are between 32 - 36*c and while gaming and other heavy tasks, temps are at a steady 65*c.Really happy with the product.

Thermal paste of subzero brand
It is good for gpu graphic card and use it for asus nivida geforce 4060ti it works well. It temp around 85c at full load in rainy season
