Keep the engine light off in our 2010 Jeep.
This fits our 2010 Jeep Wrangler great and when the gas cap is loose, it causes issues that make the engine light go on so this cap eliminated that issue for us.

Defective, keeps popping off.
This is a complete re-edit of my previous review.This gas cap has been causing a lot of problems. The cap flies off for no apparent reason.I would find my gas cap off in the mornings, and thought that someone had vandalized my Jeep or tampered with my fuel.It turns out that the gas cap flies off. It doesnt secure properly and pops off when hitting speed bumps or potholes. The only thing keeping this gas cap from flying off and hitting other cars on the freeway is the rubber attachment lanyard. This product is trash and worse than the OEM gas cap.

Does Not Fit Properly
I got this for my 2008 Jeep JK Wrangler Rubicon. It popped open by itself from road vibration on the first use. Upon investigation, when I put it on and tightened it so it clicks, it popped right back off. I returned it and Amazon replaced it with another one... the replacement did the same thing. There is either poor quality control in the manufacture of this item or the design itself is flawed.

Does it work? Kinda.
JKU 2011.The cap does thread into the fuel port.However, it's hit or miss, takes a couple of tries, and when it does, the overall feeling is that it won't stay in. Material seem flimsy, and driving around after I threaded it in rewarded me with a CEL.
