Q: Do these batteries come fully charged or do they have to be charged first?

If I recall correctly, they had about 60 to 70% charge each. Note 1: As a rule of thumb, no matter what type of rechargeable battery I buy, the first thing I do is put all of them in a charger. Note 2:Both the batteries and charger seem well made and work real well, as advertized.

Q: How many minutes roughly does one of these batteries power a Sony a7sII shooting 4K video? Thanks.

It doesn't last as much as the original batteries say 80% of what oí would get with a Sony battery. But for the price I really think it's worth it. A7sII owner.
