I love this product! According to my Oura Ring I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. It keeps me from tossing and turning and is a comfort to snuggle up with. Snoring was much reduced and sleeping on my side will alleviate my mild sleep apnea. I'd love to see an inflatable one for travel.

I have spinal instability in my entire spine and several herniated disks in my upper back (thanks to Ehlers Danlos syndrome), and this pillow is a game changer. I like to sleep on my side, but would always struggle getting comfortable enough to sleep due to lack of stability despite being surrounded by regular pillows. My only complaint is that it keeps tearing. I have sewn it several times and it just isn't staying.

Body Pillow: difficult for me to use.

While the device was effective, unfortunately, the connecting strap fell off one of the pillows rendering it useless after the fourth night.

You know how you like to sleep on a sofa because it supports your back? If that statement describes you then you need this. As you can tell I just got this and have used it for 2 nights now. I have slept better, have gotten up less, and my back doesn't hurt like it has. The main thing is that the pillow is doing all the work, and your body can relax against the pillow. If you try to roll forward the pillow then allows your body to rest against it that way too. It looks awkward but even rolling to the other side is not hard to do and I look forward to many more nights of restful sleep. Thanks to my sister who told me about this pillow, which she got to keep her from rolling on her back.

When I first received the Balapet, I was disappointed. The product is made of memory foam so I didn't think it would keep me in a side sleeping position throughout the night. It seemed too easily to roll over. Nonetheless, I gave it try, and I was pleasantly surprised. It does work, but I had to make some small adjustments. 1) I purchased a wedge pillow and inserted it in-between the two Balapet pillows; the narrow part of the wedge pillow points upward towards the ceiling. With this set-up the wedge pillow creates a wall and acts as a backing, like the soft backing of a couch. This enables me to remain in a comfortable side position all night. 2) I also purchased velcro strips (non-adhesive) in order to extend the distance between the two Balapet pillows. This gave me a bit more room to easily shift and move without flopping on top of the Balapet pillows. Some reviewers have stated that they wished the product was made of a firmer material, such as stiff foam. This is what I originally thought as well, but I quickly realized that that type of material may work but would be uncomfortable. For me, it would likely cause frequent awakenings and disrupt my overall sleep. While it's only been about about a week since my purchase, as a whole, I am pleased with the product. If it came with a longer hook and loop strip, it would be perfect and I would've given this a "5" star rating.

This is a great device for those of us who have sleep apnea when we sleep on our backs. I don't think it keeps me off of my back 100% of the time, but I believe it greatly reduces the incidents. I prefer it to having a (tennis) ball on my back. It is well made and comfortable. I find the size and firmness of the cylindrical pillows to be just right. For reference, I am 5'5" and weigh 112 lbs. The only downside, as some other reviewers have noted, is that it feels warm when you're up against it, which could be bothersome in the summer. I would like the manufacturer to offer an additional casing using a cooler fabric that consumers could purchase separately.

A great invention to help from rolling over on your back. I was told not to sleep on my back because of moderate sleep apnea. . Just perfect ! I tried to makeshift things with cylindar pillows tied to my back but they wouldn't stay in place. Very nice. I got the large size just in case, even though I'm smaller. There is a velcro strap between cylinder so you can adjust the space between cylinders. Very happy.

I received this product from the US seller and really liked it. After using it a number of times, the material seemed to stretch a bit. I weigh 113 pounds so I had to have it an inch away from the narrowest or tightest position. A few times I woke up on my back. The material is soft and comfortable and the concept is brilliant. It comes in a “standard” size which is adjustable but I would need an XS, therefore I had to return it to the US. The seller’s customer service was excellent ..very accommodating and quick to respond. I was very happy with the product and their customer service! Both merit a 5/5.

It doesn’t really work. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, be careful before buying it as if you attempted to return the item the seller will provide you with incomplete shipping address so you won’t be able to return it. It does feel like a scam.
