This Minoxidil gel is easy to use. I like the gel form of it, as opposite of the liquid form it doesn't run down my head onto my face. It comes with a measuring spoon for dosage but I have just been applying directly to my head instead. The gel dries fast but does leave the hair looking wet. I have been applying it overnight and washing out in the morning. I have had new hair growth from using Minoxidil in the past.

After having four kids, who are all teenagers now, my hair has thinned a lot. I've tried serums, oils, sprays, etc. but nothing has worked. Minoxidil has been highly recommended so I thought I would try this. It's easy to use and my hair seems to be growing thicker than normal. Near my roots the hair feels thicker than the middle and lower part. So, hopefully after another 2-3 months it will fully be thicker all over. I'll continue using it until the bottle is gone.

Two presses of the pump dispenser provides the 1 ml dose that is to be used once per day. That is easier than some of the foam applications where you have to guess at half the container’s cap is a dose. A small spoon was included with the minoxidil gel. Although it is not mentioned in the directions, it is handy to receive the gel from the pump X 2 and apply the gel to the scalp.The minoxidil dries reasonable fast, but does leave my hair a little oily. Therefore, I use it at night a little while before going to bed. The gel has not irritated my scalp.While the advertisement touts that one may achieve results in as little as 12 weeks (the life of one container), the included insert states that “…it may take at least 4 months before results are noticeable.” It also notes that not everyone will experience new growth. So this treatment says it lasted 3 months which is nice. I like to put it in every night before bed. I'm not sure how much to use but I tend to put a squirt on about 5 spots in my hair and then massage it in really good. It does leave my hair wet for a bit but not a problem since I'm heading to bed when I use it. Also in the morning, there is no trace of the gel. My hair doesn't look greasy, nothing. It completely absorbs in without a trace. This makes it a very convenient hair treatment. As for results, that will take time. I don't think one month of use is enough to let me know how good it works but I'm confident it will work since it has Minoxidil in it.

This hair growth gel is so easy to use it comes with a little spoon to measure the exact amount. You just do one squirt on spoon and then dap on your scalp with your finger in the thin hair spots. I have seen a thickening of my hair in the areas where I have used the gel which is great. I do like that the bottle lasts 3 months.

I've been using this for a few weeks now & I do feel like I have seen a bit of new growth especially around my face mainly in the temple area.

This is advertised for women. But as I did some more research, I saw that, although women can use minoxidil the solution percentage is generally lower than men’s. For that reason, I let my partner use it for beard growth. He said it’s less drying than the foam type. We haven’t noticed any major differences yet because it can take quite some time. But I will update the review if we see any positive or negative results.
