So I buy different vitamin gummies lots and often wonder if they actually do anything, but these have definitely made a difference. I was worried about the moments I get asked a question and it's like my brain takes a second to reboot b4 it can answer even when it's simple things I know .... These seem so have really helped , at first I didn't notice but when thinking back over the last month I definitely have had less if not none of those annoying brain blips ! Buying again for sure !!!

These are the worst mushroom gummies I have spent money on.It taste like you are eating a whole sugar cube and chew on it. I should have read the ingredients before purchasing. As you can read from the first 3 ingredients, the majority is glucose & refined sugar.

Bought these to help with sleep. They are great to get you nodding off but not convinced they're effective at sleep per se. They are very sweet, with lots of sugar coating and once this has dissolved in your mouth the gummy is very mushroom tasting and earthy, not particularly pleasant! Good quality though and arrived promptly and well packaged.
