If you cook Japanese dishes, might as well have this in your kitchen
I use this to cook fish all the time and other Japanese dishes. A lot of Japanese dishes use mirin, so if you ever have a hankering to make Japanese dishes, this is a good ingredient to have available in your kitchen. The cap of the bottle is also nice as it pops off and on and there is a little bit of a spout to help guide the mirin out.

it was advertised as 3 bottles but only received one bottle with my order...

Product quantity is lying
I ordered the 17oz (pack of 3) size and only received one bottle. Amazon is extremely reticent to offer return/replacement on the item as it's a food item, but I managed to get a replacement.... And only received one bottle again.Other than that major issue, flavor quality is exactly what I expect from Kikkoman.
